Information you choose to share
When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, the contact details you provide, your preferred reply method, location information, and any optional property details or message. We record your permission to respond and technical information needed to process the request, such as submission time and a duplicate-prevention identifier.
Please do not include financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, identification documents, or other sensitive records in an initial inquiry.
How inquiry information is used
We use your information to review the property and your request, determine whether the location is supported, respond using your preferred contact method, and organize potential next steps. An inquiry is saved before the website confirms receipt. Related records may be synchronized with our customer relationship management system, HighLevel.
Creating a contact through this website does not automatically enroll you in a marketing campaign. The contact permission on the form is for responding to the property inquiry; it is not consent to unrelated promotional messages.
AI voice conversations
The website identifies the assistant as AI before you connect. Browser voice starts only after you choose to continue and allow microphone access. Provider controls manage the conversation. Follow the recording and transcription notice shown for the channel you use.
HighLevel provides the voice service. Browser conversations and phone calls may have different recording behavior. Do not assume the browser and telephone channels store the same information. Conversation details and available summaries may be used to create or update an inquiry for owner review.
The assistant gathers information and answers general questions. It does not establish a purchase price or accept purchase terms. You can choose the form instead of voice.
Service providers and property review
Hosting, voice, and customer relationship management providers process information to operate these services. We work with investors and business partners when reviewing suitable properties and potential transactions. Relevant property information may be shared for that review and any agreed next steps; ask us if you have questions before providing sensitive information.
Website measurement and browser storage
The site counts basic actions such as page views, voice-button selections, and form starts. These event requests do not include your name, email, phone number, property address, or message. A button selection is not treated as a completed conversation.
Your browser may temporarily store basic campaign information for this tab session so an inquiry can indicate where the visit came from. The inquiry form does not save your contact details or property message in local browser storage. Optional voice provider resources load only after you choose the voice option and continue.
Retention, security, and your requests
Inquiry records are retained for review and related business follow-up. Service-provider retention and any applicable recordkeeping requirements may also affect how long information remains available. Access to private inquiry and operational records is restricted; public website pages do not expose those records.
You can request a correction, ask about your information, or ask us to stop follow-up using the contact form. Choose your preferred response method and describe the request in the optional message field. For a privacy-only request, enter the city or state of your original property inquiry; you do not need to repeat its full address. We may need to verify a request before making changes or providing information.
Changes and contact
We may update this information as the service develops. The date at the top identifies the current version. For questions about the website or its information practices, send a privacy inquiry.
